THE BLUE MARBLE - CENTRAL MAINE'S LARGEST GALLERY |
The Blue Marble Gallery opened in November of 2006 as an extension of Digital ImageWorks. The idea is to move beyond just making prints for artists, and actually help them to sell their original work and their prints. In an effort to set ourselves apart from the other galleries in Maine, The Blue Marble displays mostly abstract and surreal paintings and sculpture.
Located in the heart of Downtown Waterville, Maine, The Blue Marble is Central Maine's largest gallery with nearly 2,000 square feet of display space.
In addition to showing original work, we have also set aside a section of the gallery to display the prints that Digital ImageWorks makes for artists and photographers of all genres. We also coordinate art displays at several other downtown businesses, including Keybank, Jorgensen's Cafe, The Clothing Gallery, The Speak Easy, Soup to Nuts, and The Waterville Public Library. If you are interested in displaying your work at any of these locations, or at The Blue Marble Gallery, contact Erik Thomas at 207 873-2300 or email erik@digitalimageworks.biz.
